Education Ms. Doolittle graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Minor in Education. After graduation, Ms. Doolittle worked for the New York County District Attorney’s Office assisting trial attorneys in the Special Prosecutions Bureau. In 2000, Ms. Doolittle graduated from the University of Southern California Law School. While in law school, Ms. Doolittle served on the Law Review and worked as an extern to the Honorable George King, District Court Judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Experience Following graduation, Ms. Doolittle was hired as an associate at Dickstein, Shapiro, Morin & Oshinsky LLP, in Washington, DC. Ms. Doolittle worked in the General Litigation group for 5 years concentrating on labor and employment cases as well as general commercial disputes. In her employment practice, Ms. Doolittle defended employers in discrimination cases in both the state and federal courts. Ms. Doolittle also provided counseling on employment matters, drafted policies, and assisted in internal investigations for employers. Ms. Doolittle also represented labor unions in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, in the federal courts, and before various Senate and House Committees She worked on behalf of union trustees of Taft-Hartley funds, serving as fund counsel in litigation as well as compliance counseling. Ms. Doolittle also was a member of the AFL-CIO’s Lawyers Coordinating Committee, attending conferences addressing legal issues affecting unions and their members. In 2005, Ms. Doolittle began working for the Jacksonville, Florida law firm of Henrichsen Siegel, PLLC, where she continued her employment practice. At Henrichsen Siegel, Ms. Doolittle represented both employers and individual employees. In her representation of individuals, Ms. Doolittle litigated several cases in the federal courts involving wrongful termination, race, gender, and disability discrimination, and retaliation, as well as the negotiation of severance agreements and employment contracts. In the Spring of 2007, Ms. Doolittle started The Law Office of Kirsten Doolittle, P.A.
